Hi,
This release took longer than originally planned but we believe it was
worth the wait.
There are many significant enhancements, bug fixes and new features.
The most noteworthy changes are:
* arm64 packages and Python 3.10 support
* significant latency and performance improvements
* gui for SSL confirmations, new AES modes
* partial shadow mode
* sessions data moved to sub-directories
