Hi, This update contains a large number of fixes in the areas of build and packaging, the proxy server, some specific platforms (MacOS and MS Windows), the networking layer, encodings, etc Some of these are critical: * proxy server fixes - big thanks to Vasyl Gello * MS Windows crashes during printer enumeration * ffmpeg codec crashes * webp encoder invalid memory access * SVG icon loading causing crashes
