r24406 fixes basically all of my previous problems: no clipped or dancing or transparent windows, no missing buttons in the titlebar, copying in the windows client and pasting to RHEL Eclipse works.
One small strangeness in Xpra-Python3-x86_64_4.0-r24406: The I-beam-shaped mouse-cursor in the Eclipse editor window is white and difficult to see.
