Hi all, We are using a JSV script:
$ grep jsv_url $SGE_ROOT/default/common/configuration jsv_url /usr/local/sge/live/jsv/jsv_active.tcl which amongst other things changes the Project if particular complexes are requested. We've noticed that if we try using the '-w' argument with qrsh/qsh/qalter for job validation then this validation is performed without running the JSV. This results in false negatives from the job validation mechanism for jobs that can only run if the JSV runs and changes the Project. This also seems to cause issues for DRMAA (at least via the Python bindings) as job validation at submission time appears to be enabled by default. Has anyone any suggestions here?
