(at least for serial ones)
IIRC, only "100" recently-finished jobs are cached by "qstat -s z". You
can change this value by changing the "finished_jobs" settings
(available via "qconf -mconf").
Note that this will increase RAM usage on the qmaster, since it has to
keep jobs around in memory that would otherwise be freed.
