No, there is no involvement of NFS file system as I would like to install
grid engine on my workstation first with Admin user as "root" and  I have
tried changing the cell name to "himanshu " the error is  still the same
'chown: invalid user: ‘default'

And I have never involved "network file systems".

Let me share the installation log for further clarification
