I think this has already been reported as a bug and Dave says he'll have to redo the change that broke it. https://arc.liv.ac.uk/trac/SGE/ticket/1579 For some reason the trac bug seems to have been opened with the second messages to sge-bugs not the first which makes the description a trifle cryptic.
