Merged `master` to keep up to date.

Just in case it got unnoticed, in the previous commit
(90df17c2781a47920dbeaa981888ddff65bfe8ad) we fixed a corner-case regression
with Bash pipes.

Bash reproducer with _sub-shell_ (this works in `master` and had broken in our
branch):

java -XshowSettings:security:properties                      \
     -Djava.security.properties==<(echo name=value)          \
     -Djava.security.debug=properties -version

Bash reproducer with _stdin_ (this works in `master` and had broken in our
branch):

echo name=value | java -XshowSettings:security:properties    \
     -Djava.security.properties==/dev/stdin                  \
     -Djava.security.debug=properties -version

Bash reproducer with combination of _sub-shell_ and _stdin_ (this only makes
sense in our branch):

echo name=value | java -XshowSettings:security:properties    \
     -Djava.security.properties==<(echo include /dev/stdin)  \
     -Djava.security.debug=properties -version
