CPU: Intel 8358 (all AVX512 features).

I think the problem is this subtest runs with ` 
-XX:+UseKNLSetting`[VectorMaxConversionTests.java#L50](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/blob/master/test/jdk/jdk/incubator/vector/VectorMaxConversionTests.java#L50)
 which limits AVX512 features.
