I am trying to run "up2date -u", but there seems to be a
dependency problem which I cannot get resolved.

The problem occurs when trying to get XFree86-4.1.0-15... It gives
a dependancy error as follows...
>Unresolvable chain of dependencies:
>XFree86-4.1.0-15 requires kernel-drm = 4.1.0

If I run up2date --solvedeps kernel-drm, I get:
>The following Packages were marked to be skipped by your configuration:
>Name Version Rel Reason
>-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
>kernel-smp 2.4.9 31 Pkg name/pattern
>None of the packages you requested were found, or they are already updated.

This looks like the kernel-drm which XFree requires is in the smp kernel, which I
do not have installed and I am not running it. Do I need to install that kernel to
make this work? (Current kernel is: 2.4.9-31custom)

This dependency issue is stopping up2date, so I cannot update other packages with
up2date either.

Any help is appreciated.
