Setup eth0:0 for the second ip. I do not know the gui way but if you look in /etc/sysconfig/networkscripts/ifcfg-eth0 you will see the eth0 config. copy this to ifcfg-eth0:0 and season to taste. Then do ifup eth0:0 and do an ifconfig to make sure all is well. Works for me, of course YMMV.
