You are getting this on a Seawolf machine? That is strange. This is a
common message when you have not keep up with the updates, and were
running a version of rpm less the 3.0.5, but I though Seawolf came with
version 4. If this is a 6.2 machine, get the updates. You probably
should run "rpm --rebuilddb" before and after upgrading RPM.
