Well, apparently `up2date' is a network-only tool, isn't it?

We were in a situation where user wants to compile something and lacks
`libRKC.so.1.0'.

With the `urpmi' suite, you enter "urpmf <libname>", it gives you the list
of packages which match in their provides.

Then, you just enter, as an example, "urpmi xemacs-libs", the program will
ask you to enter CDROM Installation #2 in your cd tray, and will install
the package and any requires, automatically. Of course, this is an example
applying to CDROM installs -- if you had installed with FTP, it would have
remembered the FTP host and account info and would automatically log in to
fetch the RPM's -- etc.

As far as I know, up2date is far from providing these handy features, am I
wrong?
