There are two ways: boot with "expert noprobe" and then just chose the 3w-xxxx driver, or modify the stage 1 image. (I do network installs exclusively, so this is really easy). To do the latter, uncompress RedHat/base/netstg1.img, loopback mount it, edit the lib/modules/pcitable, add the PCI ID for the card (13c1:1001), unmount, and compress the image. Then boot with the regular floppy and you're set.
