gnome-terminal --help suggests "-t <title>" or "--title=<title>",
but both fail. (I'm happy with "rxvt -T <title>", so I won't pursue
this further.) Since you have been the first one to find this,
consider reporting this at http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla
