Hi all,
On a fresh install of RH 7.1 (Seawolf) I am unable to get remote X clients
to commect to my X11 display. I always get
xdpyinfo: unable to open display "myhost:0"
after about 10 minutes. Local connections, even using DISPLAY=myhost:0,
work fine.
I don't think that it is authorisation or X server related. I have tried
adding the MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE to the remote machine's xauth list and xhost +
locally. Also tried using XFree86's 4.0 and AT&T's VNC 3.3 X servers with
the same result.
Ideas anyone?
