could be implemented in this FTL layer anfd won't be hidden in proprietary
firmware. The less magic, blackbox firmwares and more open source code, the
better.

(on Linux), I get at most 20 MB/s from drives,
but ZFS do not report any corruption. Before I had corruptions hourly.
