I fixed it by setting the *LK* to *NL* in /etc/shadow so that zfssnap can execute cronjobs. And I added this line to /etc/user_attr: zfssnaptype=role;auths=solaris.smf.manage.zfs-auto-snapshot;profiles=ZFS File System Management to give zfssnap the rights to snapshot. Maybe there is a smarter
