Is this the "equivalent" of the UFS directio? Does it have a similar
behavior?

I have changed the recordsize of an existing file system and I would
like to do the conversion while the file system is online.
Will a disk replacement change the recordsize of the existing blocks?
My idea is to issue a "zpool replace

It looks like a very lopsided IO load distribution problem.
You have 8 LUNs cetX devices, 2 of which are getting
slammed with IOPS, the other 6 are relatively idle.
