I am generated the yocto SDK using the yocto sdk script "bitbake

I have updated the docs to take care of this issue. KBRANCH_DEFAULT is gone
from the variable glossary, KBRANCH has been updated as well as the section in
the kernel-dev manual that mentions its use.

I updated the section in the dev-manual that provides the steps for installing
the plug-in from the latest source code. I need verification if this section
is technically correct now. See
