[yocto] [meta-security] styhead changes for LAYERSERIES_COMPAT

I see all the patches meta-security needs for styhead are on master-next but that hasn't been merged to master since mid August. Is it just a question of time or is there a blocking issue in the queue - if the latter, is there something we can potentially help with? Thanks and regards Adam -=-
