Since May, we now have basic Scion integration in Yi.Scion. It doesn't do
much, but it's definitely a starting
point.

Does anybody know the current status of this issue? Scion seems to be
maturing, and I think somebody
looked into this last month.

Scion currently compiles fine from that git repository, and is cabal-ized,
but is not on Hackage. I think it is
reasonable to start moving over to Scion, and get it uploaded to
