The GTK frontend is pretty fundamentally broken, unfortunately. It is
pretty incompatible with the new event handling system, and I'm not sure
how to fix it.

since i just can install gtk >=0.11 on win 7.

A lot of the Gtk API has changed and it'll take some real work with the
event handling
to get it to work again.
