As we use the "direct-release" model in Nova we don't use the
"Fix Comitted" status for merged bug fixes anymore. I'm setting
this manually to "Fix Released" to be consistent.

a) If a trunk dynamically changes after a consumer of the Neutron API
access trunk-details, the consumer won't know unless it polls.
b) From within the guest there is no good way of knowing whether a trunk

0.0.0.0. Due to this when multiple n-api nodes are setup in a multinode
environment, only one entry is
created for nova-osapi_compute and nova-metadata services in nova.services
it starts it, just was installing it into the default runlevel instead
of boot (see the gentoo bug)
