ZTS does a lot of spawning of relatively short-lived zvols, and the
cloud-init hotplug udev rule seems to be causing them to stay open for
much longer than the test suite needs them to be, leading to a whole
bunch of failures when the scripts expect the devices to actually go
e use eucalyptus for graduate student research and many of the students
would prefer to use ubuntu. It would be helpful if you could add it to
the list of cloud providers cloudinit recognizes.

Problem:
Anything that involves modification of a guest's disk at boot fails. Two
examples of this are public key injection and setting the root password. I
don't see errors in any of the nova logs, but the changes are not made on the
guest.

scheduler, conductor, etc) are being sent to syslog. I'm far more
concerned about those than oslo.log. I'm removing the invalid
assignment.
