i don't get it, why this bug was marked as Invalid ??? Poor exception
handling in Horizon leads to such problems. Python-troveclient
explicitly says why instance can't be deleted, but Horizon seems like
doesn't care about original error message, so that's why it leads to bad
user experience with Ho

shows an error, which is ok, but the error message doesn't show real
reason of why instance can't be delete.

For example, as deployer i want to pick my own path to NBD storage, but
it's hardcoded. And not clear (no documentation) where should NBD
Horizon misses additional fields for network nics. This bug is related
to horizon, and has nothing common with Trove since python-troveclient
allows to pass NICs through the its API.

As i said, we probably update version of oslo.config in global
requirements and then sync them into all other projects.
