When deleting an instance, while the instance is still in the deleting
state, it will appear in the table. Once completely deleted the page
will update and remove the instance. Until the instance is fully
deleted, it will appear in the table.

The correct instance gets paused and you are returned to the page
(determined by marker) that you were on. If you are already on the last
page, no pagination footer is shown, this is correct as currently

To know min_disk requirement we need to analyze "image" to be created. Even if

"Failure retrieving IP address" still shows up, but only in cell jobs running
nova-network.
The information (traces, link, log excerpts) in this bug report are also too
old to make a reliable analysis now (linked logs have long gone).
I am setting this bug as won't fix since it does not even hav
"Global Object Store Usage" existed in the initial Havana release but it
is troublesome and was removed in the subsequent Havana stable update. I
will mark this bug report as Invalid.
On the other hand, we need to handle a case where a project is deleted
as a whole.
