I resolved this problem by
copy /etc/glance/glance.conf to recover /opt/stack/etc/glance.conf
because the path of /opt/stack/glance/glance.conf with original setting.

This is due to inefficient code in nova.virt.libvirt.volume
The massive amount of multipath calls is from the code to figure out other IQNs
attached to the compute node.
There is basically a nested for loop, this code can be changed to make it more
efficient.

When I disconnect a volume it generates 779 multipath -ll calls.

When we delete a domain, we remove all the users/groups/projects within
that domain (along with any role assignments any of those users/groups
have on any projects/domains). What we don't do, however, is remove any
role assignments on the domain being deleted for users/groups
