This release doesn't change anything functional, but fixes the
makefile issues that resulted in distribution tarballs missing
the header files.

sorry 'bout that, the 0.4.1 release tarballs are messed up. I fixed
that in the commit after the release. I guess I should spin a 0.4.2
release just to fix this.
