I looked into xkb settings but didn't see a way to map menu/app to hyper.
I'll look at x-kb extension. My current solution is that i set Super-
in emacs to run my hyper.sh bash command (same used on login/startup) if I
reconnect. This is at least an improvement. I'll report back when I get
time to
I use a split keyboard (dacyl manuform) that utilizes qmk. One of the keys
on the thumbcluster is set to "menu" or "app". I use xmodmap to map this to
hyper for use in emacs, as well as enabling F13-F24.
Everything works splendidly barring one small issue. Due to the custom
nature of the keyboard
