Hi,
Recently I got a eGPU closure which contains an RX580.
Xorg server detects it and PRIME works mostly fine.
However amdgpu kernel module keeps panicing the whole kernel when the
eGPU is disconnected, either hot plugged out or using the pci remove
sysfs interface.
And rmmod amdgpu returns EBU

Hi,
I'm recently tweaking various way to get 150% scale for my surface go
running arch (which means latest Xorg progs)
After setting "xrand --scale 1.333" and 200% scaling from gnome, it
works fine.
However when I close the lid and then re-open the lid, the screen looks
like:

Hi,
I'm trying to understand what the parameters of "xrand
--setprovideroffloadsink" means.
Google/Arch shows a lot of eGPU use cases, where user should just exec
"xrandr --setprovideroffloadsink 1 0", to make the secondary GPU to
output to the first one.
However the man page also shows:
If
Hi,
When tweaking eGPU under Linux, I hit one strange behavior.
The integrated GPU is Intel HD630, using the DDX driver.
The eGPU is an RX580, using amdgpu driver. Using thunderbolt 3
connection. (4x lanes)
All 2 monitors are connected to the eGPU, using DP and HDMI.
At first glance, it works w

Hi,
Recently I got a Nvidia Xavier AGX board, and is trying to running
upstream kernel with Xorg/mesa.
Although I have enabled glamor driver inside mesa, X still falls back to
use LLVM pipe, other than tegra hardware GPU acceleration.
I'm wondering do I still need to use opentegra driver? Even
