Matrox G200 won't work

I'm running a SuperMicro server w/Matrox G200 on the board (16MB). How can I fix these errors? Currently using X is slow and soaks up a ton of CPU presumably due to software rendering. Thanks. [12.798] Initializing built-in extension DRI2 [12.798] (II) "glx" will be loaded by default
