makedepend release tarball location?

Hi Everyone, I downloaded makedepend-1.0.6.tar.gz from https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/util/makedepend/-/tags. The file is just a tarball of a snapshot. It lacks a proper configure. Looking around and reading the README, I don't see a location for release tarballs. I also don't see an INSTALL

Hi I have a question about the license of Xorg dummy driver. The code is at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-dummy This repo is set as no license. According to http://choosealicense.com/licenses/no-license/ I can't use or modify it. But my understanding is all Xorg license sho
