I have a question about setting the transformation matrix value to rotate
touch coordinates on Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04.

fonttosfnt is a commandline tool that wraps bitmap fonts into a truetype
wrapper. This release contains a bunch of fixes all over the place, the git
shortlog is the best summary I could come up with.
