I added this to the grub config, reran the config and still nothing.
I donwloaded 4.4, compiled it and also did not seem to help.
Is there anything else to try

the crouton sent me here because the server was terminated. I have the link
here file:///tmp/Xorg.crouton.1.log can you please tell me what to do. I
have a newer asus chromebook. thank you.
