on a Machine with opensuse 12.3 (X.Org X Server 1.13.2) the keyboard
layout is not always set correctly.
WIth our self developed keyboard (for explosive environments, connected
via usb) the layout is always US on a plain X-Server (started with
/usr/bin/X :0 vt07 -r -br -dpms -s off) with a
