Dear M. Shafie,
We use XMLMind to write a simple XML schema; this schema makes use of
the unique, key & keyref concepts to
declare relationships between uniquely identified elements.
The XML schema has been correctly validated by XMLMind and we are
allowed to author, validate and save XML instance

Dear M. Shafie,
We started to write XML schemas using XMLMind, a couple of weeks ago. We
have two questions related to xmltool and a small problem to report. As
always, many thanks in advance for your clear and efficient support.
Best regards.
Philippe.

Dear M. Shafie,
We have collapsible elements in our CSS-styled view; to help the author
to identify the document's hierarchy, we would like the styled view to
display these elements collapsed by default, so that our author have

Dear M. Shafie,
This is a concern we have about fonts with FOP (we mentioned this a
couple of months ago, but it seems that it will become soon a serious
issue for us).
We have special characters in our documentation kit that are not
rendered by the default fonts, especially Greek and Cyrillic on
Dear M. Shafie,
Below is 1) what we think might be a limitation, 2) A suggestion for
improvement. Both concern the use of XXE viewer and editor2 applets. The
importance is medium/low.
The limitation:
It does not seem possible to choose among all possible styles in the
simple viewer applet. There

Dear Mr. Shafie,
In order to simplify our authors life, we would like to make some
attributes values directly editable from our styled view (currently,
they have to switch to un-styled view and use the standard attribute
panel). Is there something we can do in our CSS file in order to display

Dear
Dear M. Shafie,
Thank you for the explanations; indeed, we know how to use the profiling
stylesheets (because that what we do) and how to use XHTML rather than
HTML from our customization.
What we don't know is how to let the user choose, as you do in the stock
DocBook documentation... but I am n
Dear M. Shafie,
We have developed XSLT styleheets to convert our own XML dialect into
DocBook, allowing it to be combined with some other pieces of
documenation. The stylesheets work fine from command-line with XSLT 2.0
processors. For convenience reasons, we added a 'Convert' menu in our

Dear M. Shafie,
Congratulations for the new link tool (XXE 4.6), it is very effective
and well designed. Below is a suggestion for further improving it:
*Suggestion:* present the possible link targets hierarchically rather
than just alphabetically;

OK, thank you for the reply; the view you mention help a little bit,
we'll use it for now.
