There is no support for this built in vga card(XFree86-4.3.0), no vesa
support in NetBSD, use your bios to disable this brain dead chip and add
an agp or pci vga card that is supported.

Did you try the 'ati' driver?
The 'radeon' driver may have problems reading the cards i2c data.
