I try to use transifex to upload new po file, but the box for choosing file
expands then folds.
It doesn't let me have the chance to choose the file and upload.
I have also used transifex.net service which is also powered by v0.9.0
devel, but it works well while the xfce does not.
Is that problem

You don't have to remove them, just keep them there and not to translate.
Those documents are from templates, so every language can translate
them. If removed, other languages which have translated will lost
them.
