I don't know if this is an intentional change (or cosmetic bug?) or if I
once again silently got more power, but I'm seeing accept/reject buttons in
other languages than the one I coordinate and (from the looks of it) it
seems like I can coordinate them.

You should have a look at transifex's notification settings, I've been getting
them since a while back.
