Apparently there's a bug in the current Dutch translation file of
xfce4-power-manager in Master:

Whenever I try to upload the corrected fuzzy translations of the last
remaining strings of xfce4-power-manager, I receive the following
erro
This is not a bug.
Have you checked your updated PO files with msgfmt before submitting?

@Hunt Xu: Yes I did. After translating the last couple of strings I
get the same error message as the Transifex error message:
:~/Downloads$ msgfmt -c xfce4-power-manager.master.nl.po
xfce4-power-manager.master.nl.po:501: message catalog has plural form
translations...
xfce4-power-manager.master.n
You have to add to the header of the file (there where your name and the
language are):
"Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=(n > 1);\n"
