Hello xetex experts :)
I'm sure It's not the first time you see that, but here we go again:
I use xetex (xelatex) to generate document that can include other pdf
files (using the package pdfpages) and when I include some documents,
the rendering of my latex file crashes with an error like that:
Thanks,
Unfortunately, I cannot use pdflatex as I require system native ttf
fonts and unicode/utf-8 support.
Maybe someone can point me to the right place to start in the source code?
Cheers.

Thanks everyone for your help,
We'll probably contact adlib software about the issue diagnosed by Heiko.

I myself use the package geometry with much success :)

I'm using pdfpages to include user uploaded PDF documents into a
larger latex document, and I'm constantly experiencing problem with
invalid PDF files (They are invalid in all sorts of ways)
Is there a way to protect pdfpages against such invalid files?
Alternatively, is there a quick wa

I can't use pdflatex, as I need xetex features.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions, I'm still looking for a better solution.

Hello all,
A quick update on pdf's in xetex.
After much thinking we figured out the best way to protect against bad
(or not Assembly-able) pdf's, was to test-fly them at input time and
filter them through pdftk.
Thanks to everyone for your suggestions.
Cheers!

Hi all!
I generate automated LaTeX code quite a lot and always find myself
having to write to external temporary files to include images in my
documents (using graphicx).
So here's my question:
Is it possible to embed something like base64 encoded image data
inlined in LaTeX?
Thanks!
Jerome.
