In Dutch, there's no dieresis after a hyphenation: tweeën becomes twee-en. I
seem to remember this worked like a charm in LaTex and babel, but it does not
work anymore in XeLaTex (and not in LaTex with babel, either, I think).
Here is a minimal example:
