Today I was able to download and compile XeTeX 0..3 from source code
via this link:
http://sourceforge.net/p/xetex/code/ci/release-0..3/tree/
(using "Download Snapshot")
However, I could not find a link to download the release code for the
latest version which (I think) is 0.9992
