I want \centerline to properly center a line on a page with a custom
size. The minimal example below does not work for me. I even tried to
compile the code with "xetex -papersize=a5" What am I missing?

OS X 10.10 has a new Devangari font called Kohinoor Devanagari. I am
trying to use it in a document, and I get the following error:
“xdvipdfmx:fatal: sfnt: table not found...”

Yes, it is an OpenType font. It is not a free font, but it is the
default Devanagari fon
