Hi all,
I'm trying to use polyglossia, ednotes and bidipoem to make a critical
edition of an arabic poem (see the joined-file)
I get the error : "! LaTeX Error: Not in outer par mode."
Is there any solution ?

The issue is limited to the usage of the two packages; bidipoem and endnote. I

Sorry for my very late response (I have been in the hospital and was not able
to answer). I guess this is already fixed. Please check with the latest version
of bidi package. The issue was actually because of a xetex bug in which
directionality gets lost in nested \hbox and \vbox.
Just copy whatever is in ~bidi/tex into ~texmf-dist/tex/latex/bidi but also
make sure to erase bidi folder at ~texmf-dist/tex/xelatex if it already existed.
