The following adds support for testing on arm64 systems. Since arm64 was only added in Debian Jessie this requires Wei's "Debian Jessie patches" as a base line, which are currently in osstest. This is therefore based on those, specifically 6e37f849f4b0. I've addressed the issues raised last time
