I would not say "most" languages use the Pootle server (if you're
referring to the Locamotion server). A
Meghdut is working fine for now. As the translation gets more matured, we
can use the svn for some final releases. Thanks for giving me the svn
access, though.

Why exactly does it has to be email style. WP has a nice interface where you
can upload, edit the language files. It is open source, and can be edited.
