(switch from environment4 to environment1) nearly half
of the files are not installed. I don't think it's an issue with a minor update
since I can reproduce this scenario when the version number are 1.0.0.0 and
3.0.0.0
Let us know if we are missing something out.
- Where is this information populated from? Is this used to
decide if an update is done?
Can I update the rss feed manually say, and replace the setup.exe and
expect an automated update?

ClickThrough is not fully developed. There are a lot of bugs left to be
addressed. Due to lack of resources, we've been focusing on finishing WiX v3
and will pick up ClickThrough in WiX v4 (I hope).
