I want a folder to be hidden to prevent stupid users from doing stupid
things like deleting files ;-)
I bet i can find dozens of folders with the attributes set on your computer.

There is no way to do it using MSI core functionnalities, you will have to
code a deferred custom action for it.
But be very careful, if you set a folder to read only, uninstaller may be
unable to remove it.
